Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to provide technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for our plastic processing machinery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machinery servicing, customer interaction skills, and the flexibility to travel extensively.
- Key Responsibilities:Installation & Commissioning:
- Install and commission TPPL machinery at customer sites.
- Conduct machine trials and ensure optimal performance before handover.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers.
- Identify root causes of failures and suggest preventive measures.
