Service Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company at client sites, ensuring our machinery is installed correctly, maintained to the highest standards, and that our customers receive prompt, effective support.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Installation & Assembly: Execute the on-site installation, assembly, and commissioning of machinery according to technical specifications and safety guidelines.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal machine performance and minimal downtime.
• Customer Support & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints. Diagnose issues, provide technical guidance, and coordinate on-site resolutions efficiently.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate service reports, installation logs, and maintenance schedules for all assigned projects.
• Training: Provide basic operational and safety training to client staff upon installation.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: [Insert number, e.g., 2–5] years of experience in machine maintenance, service, or assembly.
• Skills:
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
• Excellent communication skills to handle client interactions and resolve complaints professionally.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently at client sites, strong problem-solving mindset, and willingness to travel as required.
