Senior Sewing Technician / Pattern Maker (Master Ji)

About the Role :

You'll be our lead maker — the person who takes creative designs and transforms them into beautifully finished upcycled garments. This role combines technical mastery with creative problem-solving, perfect for someone who takes pride in exceptional craftsmanship.

Required Skills :-

✓ Advanced sewing expertise on both industrial and domestic machines

✓ Pattern making, grading, and manipulation

✓ Pattern cutting and alteration for various body types

✓ Garment reconstruction and transformation techniques

✓ Draping and fitting expertise

✓ Problem-solving with tricky, unconventional, and mixed fabrics

Key Responsibilities :-

• Transform designs into final upcycled garments

• Handle complex reconstruction, reworking, and sample development

• Guide and mentor the production team (Tailor + Assistant)

• Maintain quality standards across all pieces

• Advise on fabric suitability and construction methods

• Create patterns for new upcycled designs

Ideal Candidate

Experienced 'Master Ji' with boutique, export house, or alteration background.

Leadership ability to guide a small team. Eye for detail and high finishing standards.
