Job Description

  • Business DevelopmentGenerate new business opportunities through industrial visits, exhibitions, references, LinkedIn, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities.
  • Sales & Customer ManagementHandle complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
  • Understand customer production requirements and recommend suitable machinery.
  • Conduct technical presentations and machine demonstrations.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations.
  • Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Technical Sales SupportExplain machine specifications, production capacity, and automation features to customers.
  • Coordinate with Design and Production teams for customized machine requirements.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable machinery based on their applications.
  • Support machine trials and factory acceptance tests (FAT), where required.
  • Order Execution & CoordinationCoordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch departments to ensure timely order execution.
  • Monitor order status and communicate delivery schedules to customers.
  • Ensure smooth machine dispatch and installation coordination.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementBuild long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the Service team for quick resolution.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Follow up on pending payments in coordination with the Accounts department.
  • Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with management.
  • Suggest new product opportunities based on customer demand.
  • Documentation & ReportingMaintain CRM/ERP records of enquiries, quotations, and orders.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Update enquiry pipeline and sales forecasts.
