We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven **Sr. Relationship Manager** to manage and grow DSA partnerships for Home Loan and LAP products.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage DSA & banker relationships
* Drive loan sourcing and business growth
* Monitor approvals, disbursements & portfolio quality
* Coordinate with credit & operations teams
* Ensure compliance with credit policies
* Achieve monthly business targets & maintain MIS reports
*Requirements*
✔ 2+ years of experience in Banking/NBFC/DSA sales
✔ Knowledge of Home Loans & LAP products
✔ Strong communication & relationship management skills
✔ Target-oriented approach
Qualification
