About the Role

JDS Advisory LLP is looking for a highly professional and responsible Senior HR Executive who can independently manage HR operations, employee coordination, office administration. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities along with hands-on HR operational experience.



Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Management

  • Handle end-to-end employee coordination and HR operations.
  • Resolve employee queries related to attendance, salary, policies, leave, and documentation.
  • Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and employment documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and management for smooth HR functioning.

PF / Compliance Coordination

  • Coordinate with PF/ESIC consultants for employee compliance matters.
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of PF-related documentation.
  • Handle compliance-related employee queries and coordination with consultants/vendors.

Vendor & Payment Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors for office-related requirements and services.
  • Maintain vendor communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate internally for vendor payment processing and documentation.

 

Office Administration

  • Handle day-to-day office administration activities.
  • Ensure smooth office operations, discipline, and coordination among departments.
  • Support management in administrative and operational tasks.

Management & International Coordination

  • Coordination and communication with management and employees
  • Handle professional communication via email, calls, and reporting.
  • Maintain proper follow-up and execution of assigned tasks within timelines.

Site Visit Coordination

  • Visit client offices as and when required for coordination, employee management, and operational support.


Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of HR operations and employee handling.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
