Position: Senior HR Executive
Department: Human Resources

Experience: 3–5 years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR
Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll, leave, overtime and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, etc.
- Coordinate training, performance appraisal and HR activities.
- Prepare HR MIS and manpower reports.
- Coordinate with All departments.
