Senior Accounts & Business Controls Executive

Rasila's Kitchen, Bodakdev (Ahmedabad) is hiring a Senior Accounts & Business Controls Executive.

Salary: Rs. 35,000/month + company accommodation + duty meals. 3-month probation. Full-time, on-site.

Key responsibilities:

Daily cash control and sales reconciliation - Petpooja POS vs cash, bank, UPI and Tally

Zomato/Swiggy settlement reconciliation - commissions, advertising charges, refunds, TDS/TCS

Tally Prime bookkeeping, GST and TDS returns, bank reconciliation

Vendor payments and ageing, purchase/inventory and food-cost accounting

Payroll processing and statutory compliance

Monthly closing and MIS within 7 days (D+7)

Requirements:

B.Com/M.Com, CA Inter/CMA Inter or relevant finance qualification

4-6 years hands-on accounting experience; at least 2 years in restaurant, hotel, food business, retail, cloud kitchen or another high-transaction business preferred

Strong Tally Prime and practical Excel skills

GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor ageing, payroll, inventory accounting and monthly closing experience

Currently living in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar or genuinely willing to relocate (company accommodation provided)

Hindi required; workable Gujarati preferred

Must provide employment documents and two professional references
