• Conduct reviews, training, and team development activities.

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and processes.

Offer & Demand Management

• Oversee offer and demand activities within assigned categories.

• Ensure timely follow-up and successful matching of opportunities. Reporting & Strategy

• Prepare performance reports and MIS.

• Analyze business data and provide recommendations.

• Support management in sales planning and business growth.
