Reporting To: Regional Head / Business Head

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager / Unit In-Charge (UIC) to drive business growth, strengthen doctor relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the diagnostic center. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, healthcare marketing experience, and operational management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Doctor Relationship ManagementMeet consulting physicians, specialists, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers regularly.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with referral doctors.
  • Promote diagnostic services, preventive health packages, and specialized investigations.
  • Identify new referral opportunities and expand the doctor referral network.
  • Conduct doctor engagement activities, CMEs, health talks, and awareness programs.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Sales & Revenue GenerationGenerate business through doctor referrals, corporate tie-ups, and institutional accounts.
  • Monitor referral trends and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Track sales performance and submit regular business reports.
  • Implement local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure achievement of collection and revenue objectives.
  • Center Operations ManagementOversee daily operations of the diagnostic center.
  • Coordinate with radiology, pathology, reception, billing, and support teams.
  • Ensure efficient patient flow and excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor appointment scheduling, reporting timelines, and service quality.
  • Resolve patient complaints and operational issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team ManagementSupervise front-office and support staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Ensure staff discipline, productivity, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Train team members on customer service and operational excellence.
  • Reporting & MISMaintain daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
  • Analyze referral data, revenue performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor feedback to management.
  • Desired Candidate ProfileEducationGraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management preferred).
  • Experience3–8 years of experience in healthcare sales, diagnostic center marketing, hospital marketing, or healthcare operations.
  • Experience in meeting doctors and managing referral business is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in diagnostic centers, hospitals, pathology laboratories, or radiology centers preferred.
  • Skills RequiredExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Good understanding of healthcare and diagnostic services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly revenue achievement.

  • Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹45,000 – ₹90,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
