Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Generate new B2C and enterprise business opportunities through networking, references, cold calling, meetings, and market research.
• Identify potential clients and understand their business and IT requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → client meeting → requirement understanding → proposal → negotiation → closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Lead, guide, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
• Set individual and team sales targets and regularly review performance.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.
• Coordinate with technical, purchase, accounts, and support teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Track market opportunities, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups and support payment recovery.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and customer information in CRM.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
