Job Description-Forext Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing solar energy team. The role involves meeting residential customers, explaining rooftop solar solutions, and helping them avail government subsidies while reducing their electricity bills.

Roles & Responsibilities-

✅ Generate leads through field visits, references, and local marketing activities

✅ Meet prospective customers and explain rooftop solar systems and subsidy benefits

✅ Conduct site visits and customer meetings

✅ Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets

✅ Maintain customer records and update CRM/reporting systems

✅ Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth project execution

Requirements✔ Freshers with a passion for sales can apply

✔ Experience in Field Sales, Solar, Insurance, Banking, Telecom, Real Estate, or Direct Sales preferred

✔ Good communication and negotiation skills

✔ Must own a smartphone and be comfortable with field work

✔ Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
