Job Description

Dream Infotech is looking for a smart, energetic, and creative Digital Marketing & Customer Relationship Executive to manage our social media presence, customer inquiries, and in-store customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Manage Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profile.

Create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.

Shoot and edit basic product photos and videos for social media.

Increase brand awareness and customer engagement through digital marketing activities.

Respond to inquiries received through social media platforms and online channels.

Customer Relationship & Sales Support

Handle walk-in customers professionally and assist them with product inquiries.

Explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers.

Follow up with leads and customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.

Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Catalog & Data Management

Maintain and update product catalogs, pricing lists, and inventory information.

Prepare promotional materials and product listings.

Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date across marketing channels.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.

Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business.

Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools preferred).

Confidence in handling customers both online and in person.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Internet usage).

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate or pursuing graduation.

6+ Month experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Customer Service, or Sales (preferred but not mandatory).

Freshers with strong communication and social media skills may also apply.
