Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our industrial product portfolio, including Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Gratings/Walkways AND FRP Cable Trays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with industrial clients, EPC contractors, and solar developers, and achieving defined sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors such as Solar Power Plants, Oil & Gas, Chemical Industries, Infrastructure, and Commercial Construction.
  • B2B Client Acquisition: Connect with EPC contractors, solar developers, industrial consultants, and procurement managers to pitch our product range.
  • Technical Consultation: Understand client technical specifications (e.g., load-bearing requirements for gratings, sizing for cable trays, or electrical specs for solar panels) and recommend the appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial cold calling/sourcing, conducting product presentations, submitting technical-commercial proposals, negotiating terms, to closing deals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on upcoming solar projects, industrial expansions, and competitor activities to position our products effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the production and technical teams to ensure custom client requirements and delivery timelines are met.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain excellent after-sales relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
