Role Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be a key driver of company’s growth. This role encompasses the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and tender identification to client acquisition and long-term relationship management. The ideal candidate will balance office-based strategic planning with active field sales and client visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Generate high-quality leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital inquiries.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and engage potential customers across diverse sectors, including industrial factories, contractors, consultants, and exporters.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct professional presentations and meetings to convert inquiries into orders while consistently meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Tender Management: Actively search for relevant government and private tenders; coordinate the necessary documentation, quotations, and follow-ups for submission.
  • Strategic Networking: Represent the company at exhibitions, industrial expos, and trade fairs to enhance brand visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the production, design, and accounts teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and client satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: BBA, B. Com, MBA (Marketing), BE, or Diploma in Engineering.
  • Experience: Open to motivated freshers; candidates with 0–5 years of experience are preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office software.
  • Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills; fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and be willing to travel extensively (locally, nationally, and internationally as required).
