Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of Screw pumps , High pressure Triplex plunger Pumps and Descaler systems across the Western regions. This role will involve building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying market opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle. The profile will work closely with the technical and support teams to deliver customized solutions to clients in diverse industries such as Oil and gas, Steel and Cement, Power , Chemicals, Oil terminals and Marine.

Basic Qualifications

  • Technical qualification : Engineering degree in Mechanical.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in industrial equipment, ideally with experience selling Pumps or similar fluid handling equipment.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Residential – covering the Western Region of India

 

Key Competencies

  • Strong network within key industries such as Oil and gas, Steel and Cement, Power, Chemicals, and Marine
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer technical solutions to complex challenges.
  • Experience working with EPC’s ,Distributors, OEMs, Consultants and Contractors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP will be a plus.
