Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to promote and sell building material products. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, dealer/distributor management, and the construction or building materials industry.

• Key Responsibilities:-
• Generate new business opportunities through builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors.
• Promote and sell building material products such as AAC Blocks, Wall Putty, Tile Adhesives, Waterproofing Products, Cement, TMT Steel, or related products.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Submit daily sales reports and customer feedback.

• Required Skills:-
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the construction/building materials market.
• Ability to develop dealer and distributor networks.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Qualifications:-
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in Building Material, Construction, Paints, Cement, Steel, Hardware, Tiles, Sanitary, or related industries.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
