Hiring: Sales Manager – rCB & Tyre Pyrolysis Oil (TPO)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales of Tyre Pyrolysis Oil (TPO), Recovered Carbon Black (rCB), Steel Scrap, and related products.
• Develop new customers across domestic and export markets.
• Achieve sales targets, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with production and logistics for timely deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and payment collections.

Preferred Industries:

Tyre Pyrolysis, Carbon Black, Chemicals, Petroleum Products, Rubber, Fuels, Recycling, Industrial Manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in industrial sales; tyre recycling industry experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
