Sales Executive

Sales Manager – Dholera Plot & Land SalesWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team for Dholera SIR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into sales for residential, commercial and industrial plots.
• Handle customer inquiries, site visits and property presentations.
• Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
• Conduct and manage site visits at Dholera projects.
• Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Stay updated about Dholera SIR developments, infrastructure and market trends.

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably plots/land.
• Experience in Dholera SIR / plotted development will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Good knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati; English communication is an advantage.
