Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
  • Contact potential customers through calls and messages.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.
  • Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
  • Maintain customer records and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
  • Experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work both in the office and in the field.
  • Own vehicle is preferred.
