Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Contact potential customers through calls and messages.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work both in the office and in the field.
- Own vehicle is preferred.
