Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Management: Prospect for new clients (homeowners, businesses, architects), manage existing accounts, and build strong relationships.
  • Consultation & Needs Analysis: Visit sites, understand client needs, preferences, and space requirements for functionality and style.
  • Solution Presentation: Present and demonstrate design concepts, products (furniture, kitchens, wardrobes), materials, and customized solutions.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate terms, close deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Project Collaboration: Work with interior designers, contractors, and installation teams for seamless project execution.
  • Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products.
  • Administrative: Maintain CRM records, track sales metrics, and report performance. 

Skills:

  • Experience: Proven sales experience, ideally in interiors/design, with a knack for building client rapport.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of interior design principles, products, and trends.
