Sales Executive

●      Make

outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound sales inquiries.

●      Understand

customer requirements related to cold rooms, refrigerated containers, PUF

panels, and refrigeration systems.

●      Generate

new leads and qualify prospects for the sales team.

●      Schedule

meetings/site visits for field sales engineers.

●      Follow

up on quotations, proposals, and pending inquiries.

●      Maintain

and update CRM with accurate customer data, call logs, and follow-up status.

●      Coordinate

with production and dispatch teams for order status and delivery timelines.

●      Process

sales orders, prepare proforma invoices, and support documentation.

●      Assist

in upselling and cross-selling company products to existing clients.

●      Achieve

monthly and quarterly lead conversion and sales support targets.

●      Address

customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.

●      Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
