- Job ResponsibilitiesMake daily outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
- Generate new business leads through calling.
- Follow up with customer inquiries and quotations.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Maintain daily calling reports and customer databases in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
- Schedule meetings and share qualified leads with the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and WhatsApp.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales Calling, or Lead Generation preferred.
- Positive attitude and good convincing skills.
