Job Description – Sales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in real estate sales

Role Responsibilities
* Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements.
* Present suitable residential projects and explain project features, pricing and payment plans.
* Coordinate and conduct project presentations and site visits.
* Regularly follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.
* Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales-status records.
* Build relationships with channel partners, brokers and property consultants.
* Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking and customer support.
* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Profile
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
* Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market.
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
* Comfortable working on weekends and travelling locally for project visits.
* Target-oriented, customer-focused and capable of independently handling leads.
