Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and direct customer interactions.
• Visit corporate offices, industries, builders, educational institutions, hospitals, and commercial establishments.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable IT infrastructure solutions.
• Promote company services including:
• Networking Solutions
• CCTV Surveillance Systems
• Structured Cabling
• Wi-Fi Solutions
• Firewall & Network Security
• IT AMC
• Server & Storage Solutions
• Facility Management Services (FMS)
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers and present company offerings.
• Prepare quotations with the support of the internal sales team.
• Follow up with customers until order closure.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and visit reports.
• Maintain customer data in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for successful project execution.
• Stay updated on competitors and market trends.
