Sales Coordinator

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Support: Coordinate schedules, arrange client meetings, and assist sales reps with preparing presentations or pitches.
• Order & Pipeline Management: Process incoming orders, track sales data, and ensure customer accounts and CRM data are accurate and up to date.
• Customer Touchpoint: Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, providing quotes, and resolving issues when sales reps are in the field.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Work closely with marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and clear communication.
