Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, handle customer inquiries, coordinate quotations and orders, and ensure smooth communication between customers, sales engineers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through email, WhatsApp, phone, and other channels.
- Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with suppliers for product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain CRM/Excel records.
- Coordinate dispatches and provide customers with delivery updates.
- Understand basic industrial automation products and their applications.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
