Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Office-Based)

About the Role

Safetywala Equipments LLP is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales operations from our Ahmedabad office. This is a back-office and customer-facing role where you will be the backbone of the sales process — coordinating between customers, the field sales team, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely communication. We serve both corporate clients (B2B) and individual/retail buyers (B2C), and we welcome candidates who are fresh out of college or ITI with the right attitude, as well as those with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Order Coordination

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email and respond in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and send product quotations based on customer requirements and current pricing
  • Follow up on pending quotations and open leads to drive order conversion
  • Confirm order details, coordinate with the logistics and operations team, and keep customers updated on delivery status

Sales Support

  • Assist the field sales team with back-office tasks — sharing product catalogues, arranging samples, and updating order status
  • Maintain and update the customer database and lead tracker on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and documentation

Reporting & Admin

  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports covering enquiries received, quotations sent, orders processed, and follow-ups pending
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
  • Support management with MIS data, reports, and any ad-hoc coordination tasks

Who We Are Looking For

  • ITI pass-out or Graduate in any stream (no postgraduate degree required)
  • Fresher to 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or office administration
  • Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English for emails and documentation
  • Comfortable with MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email; CRM experience is a plus
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups without dropping the ball
  • Prior exposure to industrial products or B2B sales is an advantage but not required
