🏭 Industry: Electrical Panel Manufacturing – Switchgear / LT / HT Panels


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager with strong experience in the panel manufacturing industry.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, handling tenders, preparing BOQs, and driving sales growth across different industries.


Key Responsibilities

βœ… Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical panel products.

βœ… Generate inquiries through market visits, consultants, contractors, EPC/PMC/MEP companies, and tender portals.

βœ… Handle tendering, BOQ preparation, quotations, and order follow-ups.

βœ… Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and industry partners.

βœ… Coordinate with technical/design teams for accurate proposals and quotations.

βœ… Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.

βœ… Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.

βœ… Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Required Skills

🎯 Strong knowledge of LT/HT Panels, Switchgear, MCC, PCC, APFC, Bus Duct, and related panel products.

🎯 Experience in tendering, BOQ preparation, inquiry generation, and order closure.

🎯 Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

🎯 Strong business development mindset with a target-oriented approach.

🎯 Good knowledge of MS Office and e-tendering/e-procurement portals.
