About the Role
We are looking for energetic, confident, and goal-oriented professionals who can guide candidates seeking jobs in the US IT market. As a Sales Associate / Career Advisor, you will connect with consultants, understand their career goals, market their profiles, and help them secure the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with job-seeking candidates and understand their career requirements
- Guide consultants on resume positioning and market opportunities
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Coordinate with recruiters and vendors for placement opportunities
- Follow up regularly with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
- Maintain candidate databases and daily activity reports
- Achieve placement and engagement targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of US IT recruitment or Bench Sales is a plus
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 6 Months – 2 Years of Experience in recruitment, sales, counseling, career advisory, or a related field
