Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (fixed, based on experience) + Performance Incentives up to ₹10,000 per month

​About the Role

​Star Energy System is looking for an energetic, results-driven Solar Field Sales Executive to expand our residential and commercial rooftop solar installation footprint across Ahmedabad and surrounding areas. This role focuses on direct client outreach, on-site feasibility assessments, lead generation, and closing sales for rooftop solar energy solutions.

​Key Responsibilities

​Field Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, meet, and engage potential residential, commercial, and industrial clients interested in rooftop solar installations.

​Client Site Visits: Conduct initial property walkthroughs, evaluate rooftop space, inspect current electricity setups, and collect past utility bills for load estimation.

​Consultative Pitching: Educate prospective customers on the financial benefits of solar energy, government subsidies (such as PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana), system payback periods, and long-term energy savings.

​Proposal & Closing: Coordinate with the technical team to provide tailored solar quotes, address client questions, negotiate terms, and finalize sale agreements.

​Documentation & Coordination: Assist customers with initial paperwork required for solar approvals, net metering applications, and system installation schedules.

​Pipeline Management: Maintain daily logs of visits, meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline status to report directly to the sales lead/management.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Experience: Fresher and Experienced person can also apply (prior experience in rooftop solar, electrical equipment, roofing, insurance, or direct-to-consumer field sales is an advantage; motivated freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

​Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving licence for daily travel within Ahmedabad.

​Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

​Communication Skills: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; conversational proficiency in English is helpful.

​Attributes: Self-motivated, convincing communication style, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in a target-driven sales environment.

​Compensation & Benefits

​Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and capability).

​

Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month based on closed sales and kilowatt (kW) targets.

​Travel Allowance / Fuel Reimbursement: Provided as per company field policies.
