Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Summary:

We are looking for a smart, active, and tech-savvy Dropshipping Operations & Sales Executive for our office in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will handle daily dropshipping store operations, profit/loss tracking, as well as sales coordination and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities (Dropshipping Operations):

- Handle daily order processing, supplier coordination, and tracking.

- Coordinate with suppliers and courier partners for daily dispatches.

- Maintain accurate product data, inventory, and profit/loss sheets in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities (Inside Sales & Support):

- Follow up with leads and customers via calls/WhatsApp to increase sales.

- Handle customer queries, manage abandoned carts, and confirm orders.

- Manage sales tracking and maintain customer communication.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English) for handling sales calls.

- Strong basic knowledge of MS Excel (Filters, sorting, basic formulas).

- Quick learner with an interest in Dropshipping business & Sales.

- Smart, active, and multi-tasking mindset.
