Retail Store Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell and cross-sell jewellery, charms, tumblers, and accessories.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
• Manage billing, POS operations, cash transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and raise reorder requests.
• Track fast- and slow-moving products and coordinate stock transfers with the Hyderabad team.
• Maintain supplies for permanent jewellery, charm bar, and iron patch stations.
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Support promotional activities, festive sales, and product launches.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
