Experience

● 5–7 years in hospitality; luxury restaurant experience required.

● Banquet experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee daily restaurant and banquet operations.

● Manage staff, reservations, and guest service.

● Handle events, brunch, and customer concerns.

● Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and marketing teams.

● Maintain records and ensure service standards.

Skills & Requirements

● Strong leadership and communication skills.

● Fluent in English; Hindi/Gujarati preferred.

● Good customer service and problem-solving ability.

● Basic Excel, PetPooja, POS knowledge.

● Organized, professional, and guest-focused.
