Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and hardworking Machine Repair Technician to join our shop. The candidate should have experience in repairing, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various electrical power tools and machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain drilling machines.
• Repair cutting machines and cutter machines.
• Repair angle grinders and other grinding machines.
• Repair breakers and demolition hammers.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in power tools.
• Replace damaged parts, motors, switches, carbon brushes, bearings, gears, and other components.
• Perform regular machine servicing and maintenance.
• Test machines after repair to ensure proper working condition.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and a clean working area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot machine faults.
• Practical experience with dismantling, repairing, and assembling machines.
• Hardworking, honest, responsible, and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Incentive Structure

• Fixed monthly salary.
• Additional incentive on every machine successfully repaired.
• More machines repaired means more incentive earnings.
• No limit on earning extra incentives through machine repairs.
