PRODUCT - HOME LOAN SALES
LOCATION - CG ROAD , NARODA AND GANDHINAGAR KUDASAN
FRESHER CANDIDATES CAN ALSO APPLY
MINIMUM 12TH PASS IS MANDATORY
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers for affordable housing loans from open market and referral channels.
- Conduct field visits to assess customer creditworthiness and verify documents.
- Develop relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and meetings.
- Ensure timely disbursement of funds to approved borrowers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and loan status updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in sales or related field (preferably in home loans).
- Strong understanding of affordable housing finance products such as LAP (Loan Against Property) and Business Loans.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
