Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Develop and achieve sales targets for life insurance products.
Generate new business through customer acquisition, referrals, and market development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct meetings with customers to understand their financial and insurance requirements.
Explain life insurance products, benefits, features, and suitability to customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers for renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Candidates with Life Insurance Sales / Agency / Direct / Banca experience will be preferred.
Ability to generate business through both leads and self-sourcing.
