Position: Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager – Banca Channel

💰 CTC: ₹2.50 LPA – ₹4.50 LPA + Incentives

🎂 Age: 23 – 35 Years

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Generate Life Insurance business through assigned bank branches.

Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.

Generate leads through branch referrals and customer interactions.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Coordinate with bank employees for business generation.

Maintain existing customer relationships and generate referrals.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance.

✅ Eligibility

🎓 Graduation is mandatory

💼 Life Insurance / BFSI sales experience preferred

🏦 Banca/Bancassurance experience preferred

🗣️ Good communication and relationship-management skills

🎯 Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

🎂 Age: 23–35 Years

📈 Career Growth

RO → RM → Senior RM / CBH → Team Management

💰 CTC: ₹2.50 – ₹4.50 LPA + Incentives

CTC will depend on experience, current CTC and interview performance.
