Source Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business.

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, builders, DSAs, CA network, and property consultants.

Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.

Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

Collect customer documents and complete KYC verification.

Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Login teams for smooth loan processing.

Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.

Maintain relationships with builders, brokers, DSAs, and channel partners.

Conduct daily field visits and customer meetings.

Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.

Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/MIS.

Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets
