Banca Channel – Job Description

Profile: Relationship Manager / Bancassurance Sales

Channel: Banca Channel – Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with bank partners and branch teams.
  • Generate Life Insurance business through bank branches.
  • Coordinate with Bank Branch Managers and Relationship Managers for lead generation.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular branch visits and support bank staff in insurance sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and bank employees.
  • Ensure proper documentation and smooth policy issuance.
  • Follow company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
