Job Description




· Drive primary

and secondary sales to achieve assigned business targets across the

designated territory.

· Generate

business through Architects, Interior Designers, Furniture

Manufacturers (OEMs), Dealers, Distributors, and Channel Partners.

· Develop

and expand the dealer and distributor network to strengthen market presence.

· Lead,

motivate, and drive the sales team to achieve individual and regional sales

targets.

· Recruit,

mentor, and develop the sales team to improve productivity and business

growth.

· Plan and

execute sales strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.

· Organize

and conduct Dealer Meets, Carpenter Meets, Architect Meets, Product

Demonstrations, and Promotional Activities for brand development.

· Build and

maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, architects,

OEMs, and channel partners.

· Identify

new business opportunities and convert prospective customers into long-term

business partners.

· Ensure

timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, orders, dispatches, and payment

collections.

· Maintain

and update the CRM system with accurate customer, lead, and sales activity

data.

· Prepare

and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market intelligence

reports, and competitor analysis.

· Coordinate

with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer

satisfaction.

· Represent

the company at exhibitions, trade events, and customer engagement programs.

· Travel

extensively across India (Pan India) as required for

business development, customer meetings, market expansion, and team support.

· Stay

updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer

requirements to recommend effective sales strategies.

achievement of sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer

service and professional ethics.
