Designation: AR Executive (Accounts Receivable)

Role

- Maintain and monitor customer

accounts and outstanding receivables

- Ensure timely collection of

payments from dealers, distributors, and project customers

- Follow up on overdue invoices

through calls, emails, and coordination with sales team

- Coordinate with warehouse and

dispatch teams for proof of delivery and invoice confirmation

- Track credit limits, overdue

ageing, and block/unblock customers as per approval matrix

- Share regular AR ageing

reports with management and sales teams

Requirements

experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role - Strong

understanding of invoicing, collections, and customer ledger reconciliation -

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Odoo/Tally preferred) - Good

communication and follow-up skills - Ability to handle pressure and manage

multiple customer accounts

Salary Bracket

₹18,000 – ₹25,000/- + Performance-linked Incentives
