About the Role

We are looking for a confident, target-driven Telesales Executive with hands-on experience selling residential properties and plotted developments. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and investors, qualifying leads over the phone, building rapport, and setting up site visits that convert into closures. This is an ideal role for someone who understands the Ahmedabad real estate market and enjoys the energy of a sales-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to fresh and existing leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals.
  • Understand client requirements (budget, location preference, configuration, investment vs. end-use) and match them to suitable residential units or plotted projects.
  • Clearly explain project features, pricing, payment plans, location advantages, and ROI potential for plotted developments.
  • Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the field sales team; follow up consistently until the visit is completed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Nurture warm and cold leads through periodic follow-ups to keep the pipeline active.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, site visits booked, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams to share market feedback and improve lead quality.
  • Handle client queries professionally and escalate complex negotiations to the senior sales team.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of telesales experience in real estate, specifically in residential sales and plot/land sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad property market (West Ahmedabad and South Bopal micro-markets preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Proven ability to handle objections, build trust quickly, and drive prospects toward a site visit.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining disciplined follow-up records.
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-oriented.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Candidates with strong sales aptitude and relevant experience will also be considered.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader to head a team of real estate sales professionals. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance
