Quantity Surveyor

1.     Must have completed a professional degree certification from a reputed Quantity Surveying Institute.

2.     Must have at least 2~3 years of experience in doing Quantity Surveying of Civil, Structure & MEP services in large Construction projects

3.     Must be able to read GFC Drawings and do quantity take-off.

4.     Must be able to prepare BOQ’s based on available drawings, sketches.

5.     Must have good communication skills

6.     Must be able to prepare Tender Documents and assist Project team for preparing and floating of Tender Documents

7.     Must have worked on at-least 01 large scale project from start to finish

8.     Must support Project team for purchasing of Material, Manpower and Tools as per project requirements.

9.     Must have a good team collaboration skills
