Quality Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Quality Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to ensure product quality and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming materials, in-process production and finished products.
• Perform quality checks as per specifications and quality standards.
• Identify defects, quality issues and process deviations.
• Prepare and maintain inspection and quality reports.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper documentation of quality records.
• Follow company quality procedures and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement and reduction of rejection/rework.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of inspection methods and measuring instruments.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and 5 Why.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
