Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain quality standards, procedures, and processes.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks of incoming materials, in-process operations, and finished products.
- Identify, document, and investigate quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Prepare and maintain QA records, reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and updating SOPs and quality procedures.
- Monitor customer complaints and support investigation and resolution.
- Participate in training employees on quality procedures and standards.
