Purchase Manager

Manage the complete procurement process, including vendor identification, quotation analysis, purchase order issuance, and timely material procurement.

Coordinate and oversee logistics activities, including transportation, dispatch, delivery tracking, and inventory movement.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements.

Handle daily back-office operations related to procurement, logistics, documentation, and record management.

Maintain purchase records, invoices, delivery challans, and inventory reports.

Coordinate with accounts, stores, sales, and project teams to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
