Purchase Executive

Marketing Responsibilities

• Visit clients, vendors, contractors, and potential customers.
• Promote company products and services in the market.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships.
• Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
• Prepare daily field visit and marketing reports.

Purchase Responsibilities

• Purchase required materials, equipment, and office/field items as per company requirements.
• Compare quotations and negotiate rates with suppliers/vendors.
• Maintain records of purchases, bills, invoices, and stock details.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure quality and quantity verification of purchased items.
• Monitor market rates and identify cost-effective purchasing options.
• Handle urgent procurement requirements efficiently.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local market and vendor handling.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
• Ability to work in field and office coordination activities.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
