Production Supervisor

 Job Description: Production Supervisor (Mechanical)

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 1 Year

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor operations
• Ensure production targets are met as per plan and schedule
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance team
• Ensure proper use of manpower, machines, and materials
• Maintain production quality standards and reduce rework/rejection
• Follow and enforce safety rules and company policies
• Prepare daily production reports and submit to management
• Coordinate with quality, stores, and planning departments

Skills Required Basic

• knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
• Ability to handle workers and shop-floor teams
• Understanding of mechanical drawings and processes
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Candidate

• Diploma / B.E. Mechanical with minimum 1 year experience
• Experience in manufacturing / production environment
• Willing to work in shifts (if required)
