Position: Process Associate

Shift Timings

- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Salary

- Night Shift: ₹17,000 – ₹21,000/month + ₹1,400 Meal Allowance + Performance Incentives

Eligibility

- Age: Up to 35 years

- Good English communication skills (Verbal & Written)

- Basic computer knowledge

- Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email professionally.

- Provide accurate information about products and services.

- Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

- Follow company processes and maintain quality standards.

- Meet daily productivity and customer service targets.

Skills Required

- Excellent English communication

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Basic MS Office knowledge

- Ability to work in rotational tasks and meet deadlines

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
